      - High level of transparency on company strategy and decisions through management and weekly All-Team-Meetings - Mission-based working; you know exactly what kind of impact your day to day work has on the success of the whole company - Working with highly motivated and skilled people - Great benefits like development budget, team trips to the Oktoberfest in Munich, flexible schedule & remote-working - The fast growth gives you a lot of opportunities to grow with the company and to take over extra responsibilities if you like to - Flat-Hierarchy - your title doesn’t really matter, it matters to get things done properly and how you contribute to the company’s success.
