Pros

- Smart and fun colleagues, who are open to collaboration across different product areas and departments. - Engaged leadership who care about the details of customer experiences. - Inspiring product vision and a problem that's really worth solving. - People generally show each other respect, and also call others out when they don't show it. - Flexible working arrangements. Regular in-person meet ups are encouraged and financed for teams.

Cons

- Changing priorities means exciting career opportunities can vanish into thin air. - We're lacking a gender balance in many product areas, especially in engineering. Industry-wide problem but I expect better from a top tech company. - Product and design decision making has felt chaotic recently, and takes too long. - Super competitive market drives hard choices around people and creates a tense atmosphere.

Pros

Personio is a great place to work. People are extremely friendly and helpful. The product is great and a lot of emphasis is put on innovation. It’s great to see how Hanno is passionate about it and believes in it, that’s really motivating! The company is horizontal and it’s easy to connect with people that have a higher job title and to learn from them. The expectations on the role are high and there can be periods of stress, however that’s typical in sales in every organization. I have been lucky to have a great manager when I started and that has helped a lot to get up to speed and learn a lot! Finally at Personio, you will make friends for life!

Cons

A dose of micromanagement, lack of flexibility (work from home policy)
