      Pros

      - great learning experience - fantastic people to work with and learn from - flexible hours, perfect for balancing college work

      Cons

      - low chances to become an FTE - not involved in teams onsites when conducted abroad - difficult to measure impact and progress since performance reviews aren’t applicable to interns - priorities fluctuating frequently - minimum wage

      Pros

      Employees were always fantastic and so driven. Very welcoming environment in the office and puts a lot of effort into its culture committee. Personio puts a lot of effort into picking the right staff and this is truly reflected in the vibe of the offices. Direct manager was an inspirational leader and was always there through the good times and the bad to support us.

      Cons

      Too many conflicting priorities at once. I felt I never knew where I truly stood. Many changes in senior management had a massive impact on the remainder of team without (what felt like) any consideration taken.

      I’ve been at Personio for three years, and it has been the most fulfilling phase of my career. The company truly recognizes hard work, I’ve been promoted multiple times and continuously supported by managers who genuinely invest in my growth. The culture is collaborative, inclusive, and fast-moving in the best way. You’re surrounded by smart, kind, and motivated people who make even challenging days enjoyable.

      As with any high-growth company, priorities can shift quickly. This can be challenging, but it also creates opportunities for learning and stepping up.
