      Good Job For Young People - This Job Will Wear You Out Fast!

      Pros

      Great corporate culture. Fair wages. Liberal benefit plan. It is possible to go for several shifts without interacting with any other PBG employees. This is a great job if you don't like dealing with coworkers regularly. Employees keep track of their own hours and mileage.

      Cons

      Very physical work. No matter how good of shape you are in, this will leave you drained at the end of the day. Long hours during summer. You are expected to have your stores stocked to the max at all times regardless of sales volume. If a store sells out of product after your shift this is still your fault! Pepsi Bottling expects you to live the job.

      Pros

      In my location they are very good with flex time and don't micromanage. They allow people to so their job with minimal supervision

      Cons

      The expectation is that we all do more with less people. They taut work/life balance but really support that. They work people to the point that as soon as they can leave they do.

      Pros

      Great benefits with good pay. Solid management on the local level. You can be rewarded well for hard work most of the time. Above average advancement possibilities.

      Cons

      Days can be 12+ hours even in slower times of the year. Lack of help if you territory is not in the same town of the warehouse. Phone calls constantly on your days off. Lack of communication at times.
