      Pros

      A very stable company in good/bad economic times Management values family emergencies and allows to work from home. Good medical coverage.

      Cons

      Cross many levels to get job done. Growth is very slow, Adoption of new technologies is very slow. Bonus/401k plan not encouraging

      -Not bad Pay for a job that doesn't require a degree (starting around $48000) -Benefits -Vacation (3 weeks starting) -Get to work in various environments -Good Sales Training -Nationally recognized brands -Tuition Reimbursement

      Cons

      -Extremely poor communication -Management is terrible at prioritizing tasks -A lot of hours (50+ per week) usually because of the first 2 -Very long promotion process -A lot of physical work
