      Pros

      Great pay and benefits with lots of bonus and incentive opportunities. Opportunity to advance around every corner in an always changing environment.

      Cons

      Sometimes impossible sales goals and expectations. Slow information flow between middle management and sales people. Extremely long days and lots of hurdles to jump over with customers. Not a good fit for those who aren't persistent and assertive.

      Good Resume builder but you will never retire at this company

      Pros

      Good resume builder since other employer's know if you survive for long you are certainly working hard.

      Cons

      Politics galore, lip service paid to the front line on how management feel's about them. Managers get used up quick. Promotions are based on what you are not how you perform. Company is gutting North America of resourses and investing in the developing markets.
