      Awesome company, employee benefits, facilities.

      Cons

      Teams operate in silos, no insight to what’s really happening in real time. One way communication, no option to express or discuss issues.

      Pros

      I highly recommend working at Panaya. - Good people - Great CEO and management - Extraordinary HR team that always goes the extra mile for the employees - Preference for internal promotions - Frequent activities for employees - Best in class product - Profitable company, excellent work-life balance - Nice offices and kitchen :) Overall, it's a recommended place to work at, great culture and with a supportive and positive environment.

      Cons

      Quite challenging to find cons...so I'll just mention that there is no option plan (simply because the company was acquired back in 2016)
