      if you are in the inner circle, there is a lot of perks.

      very political environment where people kiss up to their bosses - culture does not encourage creative and out of box thinking.

      Great work-life balance Great team members Overall good work

      Cons

      Off late no one feels their job is safe. The downsizing is handled very erratically. One cannot know whether it is performance related, cost cutting, or any other factor. Junior level, senior level, top level - we have seen layoffs in all areas on a regular basis. Very very demoralizing. The company is losing its credibility as a peoples company.
