      None that I can think of, other than perhaps the benefits package, but it was no better than anywhere else.

      Cons

      Too many to speak of. Incompetent management. Lack of clear leadership. Extreme office politics and favouritism show by management to certain employees.

      steady paycheck Nice smart hardworking people Good vacation policy

      Cons

      Questions to management taken as defiance or lack of trust in leadership. Too many vps and directors. People with no experience or training given teams of people to manage. Numerous layoffs this year alone to drive profitability. No integration of acquired companies. Don't expect to grow your career or bank account. Unless you invest your time brown nosing the right people. Can feel like a culture of yes-men. Internal candidates sometimes not even considered for openings. Constant fear of being laid off.
