      Pros

      As many reviews have indicated, your experience will heavily depend on what department you work for. Benefits are ok, initial time off is good and can be good learning experience although most is self training There can be flex time, wfh options but again, it depends on where you are

      Cons

      There is heavy turnover and frequent org changes. You can be crushed by workload here. Not the friendliest place and the departments seemed heavily segmented. Place is very manager heavy and there seems to be redundancy in a lot of places. Company seems to be throwing darts and buying companies trying to profit from the next software trend meanwhile they are leaving a wake of unrefined products.

      Pros

      Very happy to have long career here. Salary and benefits were always satisfactory to me. Home office environment of PTC is attractive. Awesome technical team!

      Cons

      Executive decisions are questionable about consideration of where revenue is coming from and where to invest. PTC could rule the CAD world if they wanted to, but wishes to spread company resources.
