      Pros

      I worked here for a long time. Just like any other company there are some great colleagues here depending on locations.

      Cons

      Almost everything. Regular lay offs, salary freeze, no bonus, lying' management, regular change of vision and corporate direction, unstable work environment, unethical managers and directors etc. Stay away from this company as they are declining.You cannot trust this company or the management here.

      Pros

      Decent compensation/benefits for employees (e.g. matching 401(k) at 50% up to 5% of salary), good growth potential as a company as they are positioned as an IoT leader and innovator, good communication from the executive/management level

      Cons

      Typical challenges assimilating employees from mergers and acquisitions - many employees from my native company have left, very slow advancement in salary, limited growth potential for individuals with extensive experience.
