Business Outlook
Pros
PTC has a very good compensation plan, and excellent vacation plan. The individuals I work with directly in my location are wonderful.
Cons
Top exec team seems to be more interested in chasing shineys than actually following through on any given direction. They buy up good companies and then change priorities immediately and go after a new strategy, leaving the acquired business blowing in the wind. some of the directions they take seem to make sense, but after changing direction so many times it is impossible to feel motivated to do anything. We waist money on useless things all the time, but then won't spend money on obvious things like hardware to actually develop the products we want to sell.
