Pros
The company has summer Fridays, so during the months of June, July and August everyone logs off around 12-1PM. The company is alson a great resume stuffer because its one of the last 'high growth' technology companies based in MA, most of the others tend to be west coast. The company also has a lot of pull and influence in the industrial automation world. The pay is average at best, the company does offer an ESPP which is a nice bonus.
Cons
The company is a sausage fest, there is a reason why reviews from the 'Black or African American' section is below everyone else. The company very much lacks diversity and it is palpable. The company's PTO policy is also below average for a large software company, on paper it's already below average and then you realize they also don't recognize any of the federal US holidays. Many of the 'sales targets' are based off meeting the goals that the company wants and is not based off the historical sales numbers, which leads to unrealistic expectations and when those expectations aren't met, rather than revise those targets they resort to 'layoffs'.
