      I have learned a lot in my 5 years at PTC without changing the roles too much. Country manager is awesome and really creates balance within the workspace of romania. Company alocates budgets for hardskill and sofskill training A lot of employees are working for a long period of time makes it great to understand business context Projects are complex A lot of PTO days Stock buying programs Friendly enviroent Travels are often possible Short Friday during summer time Good health insurance Paid paternity leave
