Pros

* Lot's of opportunities for growth and a variety of career paths * Lots of agency. As a developer, you're free to experiment, drive change you want to see, and can dip your toes in a variety of things * Very flexible work schedule and location *. I've never felt like i've interacted with a toxic person since ive been here (2+ years)

Cons

* Pay is okay, but could use improvement. Seems to lag a bit behind other big tech companies
