Restaurants are the best part

Pros

You get to work with restaurants and feel like you are making a positive impact on their business. It's fun to be part of the restaurant community

Cons

There's been a big shift in culture since all the leaders from Kayak came over. The culture is toxic and you don't feel as if management has your back. Goals are all about revenue first and foremost. For historically being a leader in hospitality tech, it's no longer a hospitable company. Only a matter of time until customers see this.

-Fully remote -Sick leave for a day or a few first days when being ill works on honor system

Cons

-Salary -If you want to do holidays for 14 days straigth uninterrupted be prepared to plan at least 3-4 months in advance

Cons

Insane micro management and you are literally always hounded about performance. You are expected to take abuse from customers and cannot disconnect from an abusive customer without prior authorization
