Since the pandemic, the company has restructured numerous times in the name of revenue - sacrificing talented individuals. A company once considered to be customer service centric now turned into a revolving door of money hungry business. Sacrificing both restaurants and employees, the company continues to front a facade of TLC. Those who maintain their employment does so by turning a blind eye or blatantly enabling corporate greed.
