Pros

Nice, brand new office. There's already systems and processes in place so if you're the type to enjoy standardization at an established company, it's great.

Cons

The work could feel a little repetitive but once again if you're alright with that, it's a well established company. Some things were more manual than I would've thought, but they look towards automation where possible.

Pros

OpenTable is an incredibly fun company to work for. Although it's been around since the 90's it feels like a startup. You have great exposure to leadership, and feel like you're truly part of the team. They offer great benefits - in the US you get 20 vacation days from the start plus the week off between Christmas and New Years as a bonus. They offer a handful of healthcare plans, and 401k, etc. Everyone is incredibly nice and friendly, I would recommend this as a great place to work.

Cons

I can't think of any.
