very nice office, many different career opportunities in a wide range of professional fields, good benefits, in some areas very young teams

Cons

high managements are politically staffed, not enough risk taking and decision making in the company, very late in adapting new technologies and new ways of working, a lot of incompetent middle managers only seeking to advance their careers
