      Pros

      Global company with a lot of activity. Good training, good benefit and friendly people. Easy to be reached as located in the city center. Possibility of gaining experience.

      Cons

      limited possibility of career development. Most of the fields are production sharing and not run. Majority of braun filed. Very focussed on sucker rod pump. No present in USA.

      Pros

      A multicultural company operating in more than sixteen countries. Great focus on HSSE an put safety of people first.

      Cons

      Low mobility and less chances of relocation. Bureaucracy. cost is not always the first concern and this is sometime a pro and sometimes a con. Training is not well organized especially for technical staff.

      Pros

      Salary and benefits are good. Vienna is a nice city to live in for a short period of time, under two years 3 max.

      Cons

      If you are to be employed as an expat, you will perform a specific task and will not have any career opportunities within the company. Lack of inclusion for foreigners in the local working community.
