Pros
There is not a single pros of why you should make your life miserable, and hard by working here.
Cons
Everything, you work as a cashier, barista, you are a cleaner, and stocker, you wash windows you dust you make coffee for customers, you are a chef you make their food, and stock up fridge, you bake different baguettes for different sandwiches and you bake different pastries, you are in charge of checking all fridge's temperatures, basically you are responsible for EVERYTHING on a gas station and you have to do all of that while being cashier and handling customers for 12 hours straight every day, I worked here for 3+ years on 2 different OMV stations one South Serbia and one North Serbia and it's the same policy everywhere, also if something happens to you OMV is not responsible one for you, it's the “Company” you have a contract with so basically you are fu**** either way
