stable company, international, social responsibility, good fringe benefits, nice office in vienna, in some departments good team spirit; for an Austrian company good employer in terms of size and stability

Cons

huge bureaucracy, blaming culture, limited talent development, unprofessional HR, SVP in some business units are a mess; no leadership qualities, very poor in decision taking process in terms of time and quality; politics more important than performance.
