      Pros

      Great benefits, salaries, insurance, stock options, vacation, strong worker's council, beautiful headquarters, running and horseback riding clubs.

      Cons

      "Elite boys club", constant organizational and cultural change projects but they just move around the same men.

      Incompetence at HR level and poor decision making at Management Level combined with be an overwhelming level of bureaucracy
