Cons

Strongly driven by relationship and very little based on personal performance, bad feedback culture, strong hierarchical push down in organization especially when things go wrong, very static big corporation, little room for new ideas that would break existing patterns, unappreciative company culture

Pros

engagement within community and shareholders. You can be a fruitless Project Manger and you win a golden BBL.

Cons

Old school company, (time and absence tracking, micromanagement...) Lack of management decision. Managerial skills are missing. HR basics skills does not exist. wrong people in the wrong place mainly for key operations managers. promotion and career development is based on loyalty to some boss. Career development and career path and PDS are just a decoration. Promotion and development are exponential only for Austrian.

Great work life balance. Decent compensation.

Cons

Old fashioned. Restrictions on career development if not Austrian. Think they are massive (they are in Austria) they are not outside. Dealt with staff redundancies dreadfully during oil crisis. Treated ex-pat staff awfully. Blame mentality at company.
