Good perks, great people but HQ did not understand the culture

Salary, benefits & the people were fantastic.

Cons

HQ would enforce European culture in a location which has a rich heritage. Very rigid workforce planning meant no career progression (they still called it manpower planning, which is like something from the 1950s).

No food breaks 12 hours of standing If customers leave without paying for the fuel, the casier has to pay for that.
