Being part of a large organisation. Can't be bothered writing further.

Cons

The position had been vacant for quite some time, which led to an overload of backlog work. Training and mentorship were poor, and my line manager’s role was also vacant. I also discovered a high staff turnover. Overall, I learned to recognise the signs of a poorly run company.
