      Pros

      Cricket Ground Huge campus to hang around If you are having good terms with your Managers then this will be your dream company Nice place to drink with managers

      Cons

      Everything is running by the old pillars of the company. HR's are in the pocket of the senior managers. They just came to the office for smoke n drinks behind the cafeteria. Senior managers came to office by their time and then just hang around with girls in tha cafeteria and sometimes they also found inside their car with their girls in wrong side. But no one is having guts to take actions against them. Even personnel from CEO'S office addressed the leads to put positive feedback on Glassdoor to hide negative feedback.

      It has been a tremendous journey of 7+ years with Netlink. I started my stint with the inception of Outsourcing Services team and have been a part of growth story ever since. We are fortunate to have leaders who are easily approachable and always motivate their teams. These mentors not only lend us a helping hand whenever required but also share valuable insights on the industry know-how.
