      My experience with this company has been awesome. The leaders here are very down to earth. Always ready to help and guide their team members. Mentoring of resources is one of the KRA of each and every leader. Leaders are open to taking suggestions and implementing it as long as one is able to present a proper business case. HR is also cooperative and very approachable. The HRBP keep interacting with the resources via one-on-one sessions and group sessions to understand the issues (if any) and work with management to get it resolved. Learning and Development team constantly engages on upskilling of resources based on the needs that have been identified. Overall a great company that I cherish to work with

      Pros

      In Netlink company, I am getting lots of chances to work in challenging environment. This will help me to improve my skill sets as well. Oftentimes I feel the satisfying and pleasurable moment with Netlink and I believe this is a perfect place for a job. Moreover, with a great environment and good atmosphere inside of the company campus keep me energetic and continuously motivate me.
