      Provides an opportunity to learn and grow your skills. As you sharpen your skills, you get to climb up the ladder. I have myself grown from an intern position to a management cadre. It has a good client base across different geographies of the world. While the client base is predominant in North America, its client base is growing in EMEA and APAC regions as well Management is supportive and offers flexibility to employees Many of the employees have been associated with the organization for over 5 years/10 years It has a great campus

      There is little bit of politics and favoritism amongst some of the leaders
