Worst middle level management, all manager are very old employees, non-techies working with the company since 10+ yrs. No work life balance. Resources are not relieved on time in spite of serving the notice period.

They are calling bpo employees to office to work from there when in every week bpo employees are getting covid positive and company is still not giving them work from home and not caring about employees health and thier families. recently in one or two week 8 to 10 bpo employees got positive but no concern or emotion for the employees and company is still calling most employees to work at office. only few 10 or 12 employees working at home. this is inhuman and putting people's health on stake.
