Having joined the organization at an executive level and progressed through multiple roles, I have experienced firsthand its strong commitment to employee well-being especially in fostering a supportive environment for female employees. Management and HR teams have always been approachable, responsive, and open to dialogue whenever concerns are raised or need guidance. Their proactive efforts to create a secure, transparent, and empowering workplace reflect. Netlink’s dedication to maintaining a safe and supportive working atmosphere not only enhances professional growth but also strengthens trust, collaboration, and overall organizational excellence.

      Worst work life balance with worst management

      Pros

      No pros, they hire you saying the project is a long term but in reality they have short duration project.

      Cons

      Worst management, worst project lifecycle. They have short duration project for like 3 months and once tenure is over, you be on bench and they have no active project to allign you. They will force you to put down your papers stating if you dont do by yourself then company can write negative reviews on your tenure. This company is not reliable, they dont have decency to follow their own notice period duration. They will let you exit early. Plus i will suggest not to go for this as they dont have good project, whatever project they assign are having poor management 0 work life balance.

      One of the established and stable IT companies in Bhopal, with a strong portfolio of international projects, including long-term US engagements, along with multiple government projects across India. The exposure to global clients offers meaningful learning and professional growth opportunities. The work culture is collaborative, and the leadership team is approachable and open to feedback. The management shows a clear commitment to strengthening systems and processes while maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all employees.

      - Decision-making can sometimes take time - As for workplace politics, it exists in every organization, whether small or large. What truly matters is how professionally and constructively you choose to handle situations.
