      Good higher management, rare to get opportunities in small town.

      Cons

      Almost no salary at that time :), but now i heard it has improved a lot. That time it not a very professional. now it has improved. Take money and go onsite.

      Cons

      Worst middle level management, all manager are very old employees, non-techies working with the company since 10+ yrs. No work life balance. Resources are not relieved on time in spite of serving the notice period.

      Good team and great and supportive senior management. Very agile and very flexible and can go upto any limit for satisfying clients

      Cons

      Work life balance is one thing which can be improved although perks and salaries are good considering bhopal as a tier 2 city
