A good place to work where people are cheerful, Management gives you the opportunity to grow 360 degrees. It's been 4 years for me in Netlink and following are the points which make Netlink a good company to learn and grow - You will be given responsibility as you show your potential. Netlink believes in creating leaders by mentoring the right talent. Management is really very reachable for any query or concern you can reach out to them. Every month we have a Townhall meeting with our CTO and every 6 months with the CEO where they talk to employees and answer their questions and even we can share our experiences with him. On any achievement, we go for lunch with our CEO. Every quarter we go for team outings and explore new places with lots of team bonding activities.
Cons
Better canteen facility -- Coffee is not available full time and no good food options outside the office. Laptops and desktops are little old with lesser RAM.
