      One of the Best Places to Work in the Town!

      Pros

      I had worked there for good three years as Sr. Technical Analyst - Service Desk. The best part of my job was; exposure to multiple Projects, Technologies, Tools, Clients, Different Tracks within ITIL and, all of this at one place, which surely enriched my learning experience. I really appreciate and will be thankful for all of the opportunities this company and my managers had given me. Service Desk/IMG has a positive atmosphere where everyone is given equal opportunities and encouraged to do better job, the managers & directors are very knowledge & friendly. Decent Salary (Considering Bhopal being the Tier 2 city). Office is very nice. Transport facility is also good.

      No formal policy for learning and skill development.

      Pros

      It is a place for those who really want to work as one will get to work on multiple platforms at the same time. Great learning experience. IT is one of the best teams to work with, Especially Service Desk team, everyone in this team is very good at multitasking. Service Desk Team manager and director is one to be with as they maintain the decorum with very healthy & friendly environment. Always put their team at ease. Very Knowledgeable and Courteous.

      Cons

      Company policies at Netlink are forced on employees and HR does not do their job properly rectifying it. Salary would always be a concern here. People joining from Outside of Bhopal are always given preference for salary.
