As this is mid sized company it will be possible to work in multiple domain rather than specific Key Responsibility area in contrast to a Giant corporate house where things can be monotonous. * Good to learn. As working directly with VP- Finance , CFO "Great Learning" * Friendly Environment in team. Less Politics.
Cons
Long hours required sometimes as on current profile timeliness report needs to be submitted to top notch Hierarchy .
