      Everyone knows about cons but no one wants to resolve it. Everyone knows very well that top leadership is playing politics and doing favoritism. Non performers are promoted on higher position.

      Good working environment including sports activities(Big Cricket ground), parties etc, good culture and flexible timing.

      1. Good to go as a fresher to learn how to work. 2. Infrastructure and workplace location. 3. Nice and helping colleagues (actually depends on which team an individual is going to associate).

      Cons

      1. No working industry-standard procedure follows. 2. No work-life balance. 3. The exertion of authority. 4. Impoverish management. 5. Poor customer engagement. 6. Poor employability skills.
