      Great learning but no work life balance

      Get chance to work on multiple projects parallels which gives a great chance to learn a lot, not only abt project but also about time management.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Even after putting 12-15 hrs for months managing multiple projects, still PMs will sound complaining.
