Pros

The work culture is very good. People are open to new ideas and suggestions. I have recently completed my masters program, and soon after that I joined this company. The environment still feels that I am in my college lab, with all the talented, and hardworking people around. We work together as a team. Everyday I learn something new. What else could I ask for.

Cons

I wish there were some outdoor sporting arenas. I can understand that the Pune campus, in which I am working can't accommodate such a thing, but I really miss the sporting facilities which were there in my previous college.

Pros

Nvidia is a great place for a self-motivated individual to succeed. You have the ability to voice your opinion and help drive this company forward and aren't just another cog in the wheel. Annual reviews are honest and serve to help highlight your strengths and what to focus on to advance your career.

Cons

There isn't a lot of inter-team collaboration, with notable exceptions. Sometimes this creates duplicated effort with multiple trying to achieve the same thing in different ways. It can also be hard to find out where the expert is for a particular item of interest and who owns it if they are outside your own team.

Pros

Very clear goal; highly focused; nice environment; people work together in a very efficient way. Managers are very nice to work with. We're getting things done but didn't feel strong pressure.

Cons

More benefits would be better. We are currently do not have the yearly bonus, which most of the tech companies do.
