      Pros

      Fast paced, high chances of learning, everyone contributes.

      Cons

      Not much to complain in regards to work, but compensation is not as good as competitors like Apple: No bonus, no stocks, very low 401k

      Pros

      Surrounded by people who are exceptionally smart and excited about the work they are doing. There are always new things going on much to learn.

      Cons

      Long hours depending on group. Engineering works very hard to ensure timelines are met which means that personal time is often secondary. Very flat organization, so moving "up the ladder" can be quite challenging.
