      Pros

      Sheer flexibility, home-based or office-based, wherever you work best. Work with over 9,000 of the most intelligent people all over the world, and the most helpful. Loads of travel. Meet many different people from many different domains. Collaborate with everyone.

      Cons

      After 9 months I can't think of 1. Really. You need to be dedicated to the job or you won't keep up with the sheer pace of technology, especially AI, but if you enjoy tech this is where you need to be.

      Pros

      Great Management, Relatively Low Politics, Good future prospects for the company, Great technology, Smart people

      Cons

      Too intense a work culture, Zero fun activities or socializing sponsored by the company - no beer busts, no group outings, just work, A few jerk employees who are not reprimanded so long a they bring in the dollars, A terrible, terrible annual review system that has zero requirements on how a review should be done. The manager can give blank reviews. No visibility into why you got or didn't get a raise. Zero vacation on the books - it's between you and your manager. Sham open door policy. You boss is free to retaliate on you if you talk to his boss.

      Pay is excellent, company buys high tech equipment

      Cons

      Work environment is terrible, cubicles allow no privacy, vacation time is zero. Company has no vacation policy, you are to be able to take off during slack times. Never any slack times
