Pros

Great fast paced place to work if you have the chops for it.

Cons

Compensation could be better. Bring back the perks that made this company a dream to work for.

Pros

It is an exciting place. Lots of innovative stuff happening. Fast paced, not averse to calculated risks. Very open communication structure. You will get as much responsibility as you can handle or are willing to take. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is willing to work hard and play hard!

Cons

work life balance is sometimes not so good

Pros

The pay is pretty good compared with other Silicon Valley employers. You CAN find information if you ask the right people inside the company. Finding that person can be tough though. Nevertheless, senior management is surprisingly approachable and will help or point you in the right direction.

Cons

General lack of long term plans. Everyone is only concerned with not going out of business in 30 days. The software is like a house of cards. As long as it's not falling down now, nothing else matters. The overly positive outlook of marketing invades the mindset of people internally. Very disorganized communication.
