      Freedom to make changes but you need to know the right people. Central and quick leadership Company as a whole implements directives with speed

      Cons

      Lack of structure and irregular communication. General attitude is get the work done and get out of here Lacks work culture that makes working fun and interesting Lacks long term vision

      Pros

      The pay is pretty good compared with other Silicon Valley employers. You CAN find information if you ask the right people inside the company. Finding that person can be tough though. Nevertheless, senior management is surprisingly approachable and will help or point you in the right direction.

      Cons

      General lack of long term plans. Everyone is only concerned with not going out of business in 30 days. The software is like a house of cards. As long as it's not falling down now, nothing else matters. The overly positive outlook of marketing invades the mindset of people internally. Very disorganized communication.
