Pros

The compensation was good for an internship. I had a good mentoring relationship which allowed me to learn everything I needed to in order to get my job done. I felt that both my team and the larger group were close and got along well. I felt proud working there and believed that NVIDIA was a major player in the future of computing. I loved the cafe.

Cons

As a hardware company, the software development processes need work. Good documentation was hard to find. It often existed only in the heads of some employees, which perhaps contributed to the closeness of my team.

Pros

Work is good in the form of driver development and also helpful for a fresher to work with other team mates.

Cons

The information from Senior management to lower management is pretty good but it is not get transfered to regular employee.

Pros

Technically VERY challenging work. Problems are hard and fun to work on. Engineers are a great bunch of people. I had a great time as an engineer at NVIDIA.

Cons

Crazy at times way to manage projects and people - panic driven, people are "cogs" mentality. Tendancy to witch hunt when things aren't going well rather than fix problems.
