      good environment good communication good management good projects good for career building salary is ok future is promising free diner

      some departments need better management although those issues are common among big companies. sometime people feel the evaluation process is not fair enough to motivate hard working.

      Pros

      nvidia Worldwide, has in general a very good work culture. Information on all product lines is disseminated homogeneously and that opens up door to whole lot of knowledge base. Nice brand value.

      Cons

      nvidia Pune hasnt yet caught up with nvidia worldwide culture. It is still in evolving phase from a service company culture to product company culture. Expenditure on employees, salary scales etc, nothing matches the standards of other product companies in India. Local management is not open to critical feedback.
