      Pros

      Good compensation and benefits Friendly work environment

      Cons

      Core competency in circuit design is not valued. Its mostly about how well you can write scripts for the tools. The projects(in bangalore) were mostly derivatives of existing products(which were designed in santa clara). The assignments were not intellectually stimulating.

      1. Work culture is awesome and very much employee friendly. 2. Working hour is very flexible. 3. Quite open to all resources so lots of learning opportunity.

      Cons

      Mostly In-house tool are used. And most of the things are automated..
