Very flexible mindset, no strict dogma on how to do things or how/when you must work. Very open to working remotely, from home, off hours, etc. Dynamic and exciting projects.

Cons

Sometimes lack of process/procedure can be annoying from an engineering perspective. Possible to fall thru the cracks and get stuck on a unimportant project.

It has the best work culture and employee friendly organization. There is lot of stuff to learn and you get to work on next generation cutting edge technology. Free food for all employees with high quality is remarkable.

Cons

I was part of Nvidia for over 2 years and never faced any problem because it was my dream company to work :)
