      Pros

      Innovative and team focused company with a great ethos. Flexible working arrangements and decent benefits. Lots of charity focus and green minded.

      Cons

      Reporting and career review processes were a bit inconsistent across the company. Some degree of separation from HQ in California leading to feeling out of the loop.

      Pros

      Challenging projects, new features added every chip, smart/creative people around you. Tegra in its evolving phase, lots of new/technically challenging tasks, providing good opportunities to expand technical skill-set.

      Cons

      Very difficult to manage work-life balance in a lot of teams. Aggressive timelines, a lot of tasks , more work assigned per individual, some teams having enormous amount of work while some are relaxed. Frequent roadmap changes, Company's vision is not very clear sometimes to the employees.
