      Pros

      NVIDIA Makes some of the best technology in the world, and it's exciting to be a part of. They treat their top performers well, and there is flexibility to work on different projects.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes be blind to problems internally. While NVIDIA reacts well as a company to their competitors, they still have some growing pains in managing what has become such a large company.

      Very Dynamic, very good learning opportunities, Close knit small team

      Cons

      Salary a little on lower side, closely work on hardware and sometimes you don't know if the problem is in software or hardware, a little messy working environment due to a lot of hardware boards.

      Pros

      Engineers were great. That was the best thing I had there. In fact, always wondered why such cool people had to work like that. Probably pay was good. All the compensation and perks are average.

      Cons

      No work-life balance here. Work and overwork. Nobody talked about life. Mess. Being too busy to keep up with the product cycle, they do not have time to work smart. No encouragement for learning for future. I didn't even see any books around.
