      1. One of the highest paying jobs in semiconductor industry. Best stock options offered to employees. 2. Broad spectrum of work available to verification engineers. 3. Management recognizes individual for their effort and dedication. 4. Lots of opportunities to transcend basic job description and transcend to other domains, and use that knowledge to create new flows and get full stack knowledge. 5. Highly competitive work force, one will always be on their toes.

      Cons

      Demanding job - a person using brute force approach won't find time for himself. One has to be creative and smart on his job to get work-life balance. Self-motivation, maverick thought process and critical thinking needs to be displayed to get recognition and move up the ladder as the peer group is very smart in the Indian offices.

      You are on the cutting edge of the latest and greatest in technology. Wages are competitive and fair. management actually cares about each person. You are working with some of the most intelligent down to earth people in the world. Lastly, it is a gaming company the job is challenging but fun.

      Cons

      I simply cannot think of any cons ( I really tried) I have had such a wonderful experience here from day 1. As an African American man, we are not usually treated this well by our employer. My voice has a say, I am compensated for my efforts, and anyone coming to Nvidia will need to know that being able to balance work/life is vital.
