      +Flexible working environment - people are engaged on a wide range of projects that come with building a business in the US + Emphasis on personal development - they provide a stipend towards learning and courses to use as you see fit + Great culture and coworkers + Collaborative work environment w/ many high achievers

      Cons

      - They hold their staff to a high bar so the environment is fairly high pressure and a lot is expected of you
